Flavourium has been inspired by different destinations, flavours, and culinary culture. Every dish is a unique entity that will offer a flavour journey to a certain location in Flavourium style.

Flavourium also has a cocktail lounge. The cocktail bar A21, chosen as the best in Finland and the world, has now been reborn as part of Flavourium and renamed The One. The bar's story is built around A21 classics, "World Tour" flavors, and experiential cocktails.
