The Lucky Bastard Tripla
TLB (The Lucky Bastard) serves handmade burgers that are made with high quality ingredients. The restaurant uses 100 % Finnish beef from Roslund's butchers in their patties, which are made with the SMASH technique. The SMASH technique means the patty is smashed against the grid when fried and as a result the patty becomes incredibly crispy. The burgers can also be ordered vegan and gluten free. In addition to what you find on the menu, you can pimp your burger to your liking by adding or changing the toppings. Lunch is served on weekdays in addition to the à la carte menu.
