Liikuntamylly

Liikuntamylly serves the Helsinki Metropolitan Area's fitness training and world-class sports in a variety of ways, and is one of the Finnish Athletics Federation's national training centres. Regular competition activities are held in athletics, gymnastics and floorball. Liikuntamylly features a total of 12,060 m2 of space intended for sports use.

Sports: budo sports, self-defence sports, climbing, basketball, gym, volleyball, wrestling, table-tennis, floorball, badminton, dance, gymnastics, apparatus gymnastics, athletics.
