Public sauna and swimming in Keilaniemi

Come and experience the marine sauna & winter swimming experience in Keilaniemi in Espoo. You can also take a refreshing dip in the ice hole right in front of the unique container sauna at Laguuni!

Laguuni's wood-heated sauna is warm on Wednesdays from 4.30 pm to 9.30 pm, on Thursdays from 7pm to 9pm and on Sundays 3.30pm to 8.30 pm!

A limited number of people (9) are admitted to the sauna at one time and sauna & winter swimming timeslots begin at the start of every hour. A place for the shift must be reserved in advance.
