Asahi is a simple form of exercise developed in Finland that is preventive and therapeutic.

Asahi is a simple form of exercise developed in Finland that is preventive and therapeutic. 

The Asahi movements are opening and stretching, and are performed standing up. Asahi uses natural diaphragmatic breathing which, by stimulating the vagus nerve, calms the body and lowers levels of the stress hormone cortisol. 

No previous experience of asahi or any other form of exercise is required.
