Baby mornings at HAM

At HAM’s baby  mornings, we explore the To Spring Pasture exhibition through play and wonder. On the tour, we proceed from one exhibition space to another, not only exploring the artworks themselves but also the objects and materials that stimulate the senses. Children get to move freely within the exhibition spaces with an adult. The session is based on the child and adult’s interaction, and the guide provides ideas for observing the works together.

Baby  mornings are organised when the museum is closed for the public, enabling a relaxing and calm art moment with small children. The exhibition is to be experienced without shoes, making it safe for the children to crawl on the soft wall-to-wall carpet.

Before the beginning of a baby  morning , prams must be left in the lounge next to the cash desk.

The museum toilets have changing mats for changing the nappy.

Breastfeeding is allowed in the exhibition spaces and museum hallways. Eating is not allowed. You can eat your own snacks in the lounge next to the cash desk. The lounge has a microwave oven where you can warm food for the baby or toddler. The lounge has tables and chairs.
