At Easter time, the Suomenlinna Museum is arranging Easter egg painting for children.

Decorating and painting Easter eggs is an old tradition in Finland and around the world. In the 18th century, when the construction of the Suomenlinna sea fortress began, eggs were dyed yellow with onion skins.
