Eku spends the weekend in his own room. He remembers, organises and dreams of the past and the future.
The performance shares the experience of living on the edge of childhood and adolescence, as well as a private world of imagination where play and reality come together.
The performance is part of an international theatre project: to go or not to go to the theatre, which explores what kind of theatre children and young people aged 9–12 want to see.

20-year-old Teatteri ILMI Ö. visits Annantalo 11.–28.10.2022.. Theatre ILMI Ö. was founded in 2002 by a group of drama instructors, graduated from the Department of Drama and Theatre in Helsinki Polytechnic Stadia (nowadays Polytechnic Metropolia). Theatre ILMI Ö. is currently located in Punavuori, Helsinki, in its 3rd theatre venue. Theatre ILMI Ö. operates in a broad range of roles from classical plays, workshops and community drama to the new methods and forms of devised theatre and performative art. There are 17 members with a variety of skills and interests.
