Female Choir Pihlaja: Choir of the Year Concert

Female Choir Pihlaja performs choral works composed and arranged for the choir, classics and modern Finnish female choral music.

Female Choir Pihlaja, which performs in Agricola Church, has been at the forefront of the Finnish choir scene for a year, when it received the Women's Choir Association's Choir of the Year 2022 recognition. 

The special year culminates in a celebratory concert at the beginning of April, where the Women's Choir Association's Choir of the Year 2023 will be also revealed.

In the concert, Female Choir Pihlaja presents a comprehensive cross-section of its repertoire. There are several Finnish and international choral works composed and arranged for the choir, beloved classics and plenty of modern Finnish female choral music.
