Three groups of artists, Three different artistic approaches and an infinite amount of possible futures.

We have been collectively contemplating the future, the end of climate change, the downfall of the patriarchy, the dismantling of the systems that keep us apart, the normalisation of mental health and positive future forever. We have been replacing sci-fiction dystopias with futures we can really imagine living in. How did we get there?

Incoming Transmission is a cross class collaboration between animators, visual artists and theatre makers at Annantalo. This November you will have the chance to see the exhibition of the work in Annantalo.

Incoming Transmission has been created by the artists at Annantalo with assistance from their teachers and international artist in residence, Bek Berger (AU/LV).

Incoming Transmission was a developed in conjunction with the Congress from Melbourne, Australia. Congress is St Martins Youth Theatre’s creative think-tank. They are an ensemble of around ten 12 - 18 year olds, who regularly test run ideas for artistic projects and experiment with performance concepts.
