Laudate!

Chamber Choir Addictio receives a guest, Estonian Kammerkoor Avis Animi conducted by Leiu Ryland-Jones. 

The choirs join forces and perform together Joonas Kokkonen's six-voiced work Laudatio Domini and parts of Cyrillus Greek's Taaveti Laulud.

In both works, composers use the psalm texts. The psalms have inspired composers from time to time. In addition to Estonian and Finnish choral music, the concert will also feature other works based on the psalm texts, including Felix Mendelssohn and Julia Wolfe. In addition, Avis Animi performs Estonian and American choral music.
