Markku Lepistö concert

The three-year Herttoniemi to Särestöniemi concert tour arrives in Helsinki in July in the cultural environment of the former hospital in Lapinlahti. The concert is part of the Lapinlahti loves art festival. Harmonica artist Markku Lepistö, PhD in music, is a renowned folk musician with a musical career spanning more than 40 years. In addition to his solo projects, Lepistö has played in various ensembles in Finland and abroad. Lepistö has released six solo albums and several music books. The concert at Lapinlahden Lähde Auditorium will feature both traditional folk music and new folk music composed by Lepistö.
