Odysseus Festival 2024
We Jazz is arranging Odysseus Festival for the third time on Lonna Island next July.
The Odysseus Festival, dedicated to adventurous music, moves this year from Lonna to the Culture Factory Korjaamo, where the event spreads to all the interior spaces and in addition to its atmospheric summer yard.
At the festival, you can see e.g. Norwegian duo Lost Girls formed by Jenny Hval and Håvard Volden, trumpeter Verneri Pohjola performing material from his new Monkey Mind album with his quartet, Swedish-Australian Ghosted performing hypnotic improvised music, Australian experimental music pioneer Oren Ambarchi, and Islaja, who recently released her new acclaimed album.
