Pekka Laine leads a double life. By day, Laine is a respected music journalist at Yle, who roams the depths of popular culture in popular radio programmes and TV documentaries.

And then there’s the darker side – guitarist and musician Pekka Laine. Laine has been making wildly effervescent instrumental music since the 1990s as the primus motor of the cult band The Hypnomen.

The evening will be kicked off by experimental rock band Tinyhawk & Bizzarro, who are releasing their debut album in August 2023. The band’s songwriter and guitarist Jenni Kinnunen is known for bands such as Rosita Luu.
