Pur pur purpl-ing Dance Film

Pur pur purpl-ing is a dance film based on performance Purpling (2019). It was filmed in January 2022 under strict corona restrictions, when performing was forbidden - so one ended up making a film. 

The film consists of three loops as does the performance. Each loop is 20 min long, you can either watch them all, or pop in for one or two loops. 

The film plays with joining mineral being, dancing and playing with artificial soil, rocks, flowers growing from it, liquefied soil, or perhaps it is the mind that melted into juice after all this becoming mineral. 

Pur pur purpl-ing is a sensual journey, tickling crackling and crickeling different sense buds, letting the textural world flush over itself. It invites to lay down on the soil under you, and take a trip.
