Sienessä (Mushroomed) is a multisensory artwork assemblage that takes space, and overtakes space. Here a member of the human race can experience mycelial life and parasitic modes of being.

The exhibitions focuses in on the undergroud life of fungi: the mycelium. In these symbiotic networks, information and nutrients are passed between different organisms. In the mycelial world, decomposing does not signify the breaking down of an individual, but a joining into a larger wholeness.

Mätäojan lapset – "the Children of Mätäoja (Rot Ditch)" – are a collective of photographers, cinematographers, animators, sound designers and visual artists who work together in a mycelial process where the group is an assembled organism comprised of its parts.
