Come and experience an experiential dinner, where you can enjoy good company and learn about the versatile use of wild plants and food growing in Annala Garden.
Participants will get information about collecting and using wild plants during a six-course dinner. Wild vegetables are accessible to everyone and you can already find a lot of different plants and flowers to taste in the nature nearby.
The dinner will follow the idea of a planetary diet, i.e. focusing on the delicacies from the plant kingdom, flavoured with some products from the animal kingdom. Elias Pusa is the master of the supper club.
