Award-winning singer-songwriter Anna Kokkonen takes to the Malmitalo stage with her band to celebrate her fifth album, Kadonneet taivaankappaleet.

Kokkonen’s music radiates the forgotten magic of legends and campfires. Her enchanting songs have been delighting listeners for more than ten years on Radio Suomi and Aito Iskelmä playlists, among others. Her new album’s singles, “Hollywoodin hylkäämä rakkausleffa”, “Valonkantajat”, and “Kaikki on Hyvin” have also been getting plenty of airplay on radio stations.

Kokkonen is in charge of producing her music, combining cinematic tones with airy folk-pop. In 2021, she was awarded the Kullervo Linna Award for her contribution to enriching Finnish popular music. The artist’s song “Tuulen tyttö” was also a finalist in the 2021 Syksyn Sävel (Autumn Melody) TV song competition.
