This year the University of Helsinki celebrates its 385th anniversary. Welcome to uncover the University’s history and significance!

The day will feature three short information sessions on objects of significance for the University: its charter, signed by Queen Christina’s regency council on 26 March 1640, and the silver sceptres still used at academic ceremonies.
