In the dramatized opening concert of the Arabia Kaikuu festival, composer Erkki Melartin’s singer friends — Elli Forssell, Aino Ackté, and Ture Ara — take the stage.

After the intermission, a short play will be performed, depicting a meeting between soprano Aino Ackté, baritone Ture Ara, and composer Erkki Melartin in the living room of Melartin’s villa in Pukinmäki.
