This jazz concert presents bebop classics from the 1940s as well as new themes created by Metropolia students for familiar tunes, crafted in the spirit of bebop (so-called contrafact compositions). 

The evening’s musical experience is defined by swinging improvisation and energetic ensemble play. 

The ensemble is led by Antti Rissanen.
