Big new concert repertoire in Helsinki!

There is hardly a Russian-speaking person who has not heard of the legendary Boris Grebenshikov (BG). He is also known as the founder of the rock band Akvarium. BG’s lyrics have almost renewed the Russian that is currently spoken.

In the 1970s and 1980s, BG also created a completely unique musical and social aesthetic for Russia, which opens up from his almost 30 studio albums. Grebenshikov has also been known in the countries that became independent after the collapse of the Soviet Union, he has visited Europe and North America and become known and appreciated among the most important musicians in his field in the West.

In recent years, BG has consistently and courageously resisted injustice and persecution in his home country.

After giving his performances in full halls around the world, BG will also return to Finland again.

In addition to new songs, the concert will feature “aquarium” classics, thus combining eternity and topicality.

BG+ is basically the same as BG, Aleksandr Titov (bass), Brian Finnegan (flute), Konstantin Tumanov (keyboards and accordion), Liam Bradley (drums), Andrei Surotdinov (violin), Gleb Grebenshikov (percussion).
