German DJ and music producer Boris Brejcha is performing at Nylanderin puisto Park, in Kumpula district, next September.

Born in 1981, Boris Brejcha has performed at many of the world’s largest festivals, including Tomorrowland, Time Warp, and Exit. He often wears a Venetian carnival-style mask during his performances.

Brejcha describes his music as High-Tech Minimal Techno, a subgenre of minimalist techno. He released his first single, Monster, in 2006 and his debut album, Die Maschinen Kontrollieren Uns, in 2007. Since then, he has also founded his own record label, Fckng Serious.

Last year, Boris Brejcha released his tenth studio album. This hugely popular artist attracts over 1.7 million monthly listeners on Spotify alone.
