The Graduale choir and Academic male choir Psaldo have joined forces to present Brahm’s masterpiece Ein deutsches Requiem.

This work talks about death but it treats the subject  in a way that both comforts and brings hope. It gives a message so much needed in the present day, starting with the words of the bible: “Blessed are they that mourn, for they shall be comforted.”

The soloists are Johanna Isokoski, soprano, and Toni Hintsala, bariton. There is also a small group of instruments to help create the musical world of Brahms. The conductor is Hiski Wallenius.
