Finnish alternative pop pioneer costee comes to Vuotalo!

Alt-pop artist costee has achieved over 100 million streams, released three hit albums and played sold-out shows over his seven-year solo career. In spring 2025, costee was part of the Uuden Musiikin Kilpailu TV show. He is a talented singer-songwriter who aims to be as honest as possible in his art – costee’s songs deal with emotions openly, which was also evident in his UMK 2025 song Sekaisin.

A lifelong musician, costee is a compelling and energetic live performer who captivates audiences with his mystique. He has gathered a strong and supportive fan base around him, who have hundreds of tattoos featuring his song titles, lyrics and artwork.
Costee has also written songs for other artists. His style can be heard in many well-known songs, including Pihlaja and Yeboyah’s Pojat, Samu Haber’s Sä and Lauri Tähkä’s Näissä juhlissa ei itketä.
