Researcher, translator, illustrator and writer Virpi Hämeen-Anttila comes to the Kanneltalo café stage to discuss her latest work and her body of work in general.
Virpi Hämeen-Anttila graduated from the University of Helsinki with a Master’s Degree in Philosophy in 1996. She wrote her thesis on the theory of ancient Indian narrative literature. Hämeen-Anttila has been a lecturer at the University of Helsinki since 1987, teaching Sanskrit and Indian literature, history, philosophy and cultural history.
