Hearthill’s fierce reputation is largely built on their electrifying live performances. The band’s sound uniquely blends rockabilly, country, and pop with a distinctive twist.

Hearthill broke through in 1988 and, during their active years (1988–1993), achieved nearly everything a Finnish band could dream of. They released six albums, played over 500 shows, and performed in ten different countries. 

The peak of the Hearthill craze came in spring 1990, when the band released their third album, Graveyard Party Blues. The album soared to the top of the charts, sold 10,000 copies, and its music video was on heavy rotation on MusicTV.
