Helsinki Music Week (HMW) is dedicated to the contemporary transmission of sound. 

Taking a horizontal approach to the festival format, Helsinki Music Week will unfold over a series of events held in historical landmarks, cutting-edge venues, exhibition spaces, and bars across the Finnish capital city.

The inaugural edition of HMW is divided into two segments: HMW City taking place at various locations all over town between Thursday and Friday (8. – 9.5) , and HMW Finale taking place on Saturday (10.5) at Dance House Helsinki.
