Iron Country Sisters is a trio of sisters from Helsinki. Their songs are written in English and draw clear inspiration from both traditional and modern Americana.

The band’s characteristic sound is built on strong expression and the soulful three-part song harmonies that have been finely refined, thanks to the sisters having sung together since they were children. The characterful singing voices of the sisters sound amazing together, and each sister also takes a turn as a soloist.

Iron Country Sisters released their second long play, Grace, in autumn 2024. The songs on the album deal with themes such as letting go, friendships and setting oneself free from the norms of society. The album’s sound is earthy and fresh, alternating between simplistic expression and band instrumentals.
