Come and join us in the fun bird disco!

Bird disco is a participatory and communal performance based on music by media artist Pasi Autio and dance by dancer and choreographer Saku Koistinen. In it, participants dance to music made from birdsongs, as Koistinen shows the way and instructs the dancers.

Even though the Bird disco is an entertaining, inclusive and communal experience, it is based on an important issue: loss of biodiversity and unequal human interaction with the entire ecosystem.

The Bird disco has enthralled and swept people away on its wings in very different events, environments and situations both in Finland and abroad.

The duration of the work is 25 minutes.
Target group: 6–99 years
