Korkeasaari is once again participating in the Maritime Helsinki event. During the Maritime Helsinki weekend, 6–8 June 2025, all children under 18 arriving by a JT-Line waterbus (paddlewheel vessel) from the Market Square to Korkeasaari will get free admission to the zoo!

Korkeasaari Zoo is located to the east of Helsinki’s city centre and is open every day of the year. The zoo is operated by the non-profit Korkeasaari Zoo Foundation, whose task is to protect endangered species and biodiversity.
