Mar 27, 2026 | 6:00 pm
Mosaiikkitori 2, 00980 Helsinki
Parlands Parlour interweaves Eastern European city-and village repertoire, palace music, dance rhythms, improvisation and chanson.
Focus lies on the musical and cultural amalgams that in a way or another fall outside the parameters of the European nation state
projects and continue to tattle on the underlying complexity of our shared history.
The band under the leadership of Alevtina Parland consists of exquisite musicians with stylistical expertise in klezmer, jazz, Transsylvanian and Nordic folk, Ottoman and Persian classical music.
Dance away your worries away at the parlour!
