The Sami Saari ja Jazzpojat band serve pleasant and groovy jazz and soul beats from Finland and abroad.

Saari, known as both a home grower and major consumer of Finnish soul music, has always been a jazz man deep down. He has put together a band where the strong soloist nature of the jazz men and their eternal swing come together with the charismatic soloist.

The inventive and thoughtful Finnish lyrics by Saari provide a frame of reference to each and every audience member. The band’s third, most recent album, ‘Nyt tai ei koskaan’, was released in May 2025.
