To celebrate the opening of the Social Fabric exhibition, a discussion will be hosted between designer Lauri Greis and designer & artist Sofie Winther, who will talk about the cultural and social dimensions of their work. The event will be moderated by the exhibition’s curator, Ane Lynge-Jorlén.

The Social Fabric exhibition takes a multidisciplinary approach to current phenomena in fashion, presenting works ranging from garments to sculptures and videos. The emphasis is on Nordic designers, some of whom are appearing in Finland for the first time. The exhibition is curated and conceptualised by Ane Lynge-Jorlén from the Danish fashion organisation ALPHA. 

Time will be set aside for audience questions. 

The discussion will be in English. There is an induction loop in the space.
