Karhupuisto event area and Kallio Summer streets event stage

For the second summer in a row, art created by students of the University of the Arts Helsinki will take over the Kallio summer streets. The program includes music, street theatre, performances, and sculptures. The pop-up event was launched on Helsinki Day, and the pop-up week will continue in August.

Programme:
The pop-up week is featuring Pimeä kaupunki street theatre performances and, on Saturday 15.8., music at the Karhupuisto stage. Performing artists include RÄKÄlicious, TATAKi, and Orke Ensemble. In addition, The Street exhibition will be on view during its final days. The Street exhibition brings several highly interesting sculptures and performances into the public urban space and will remain on display until 16.8.
