The Wings for Life World Run is a unique, global running event for a good cause. In Finland, the official group run will take place in Helsinki at Töölönlahti.

Instead of a finish line, participants run ahead of a Virtual Catcher Car. The race starts exactly at 14.00. The Virtual Catcher Car begins moving 30 minutes after the start at a speed of 14 km/h and gradually accelerates until it catches up with all the runners.
