Think Africa: Cultural Bazaar
Think Africa Week:in päätöspäivä Tiivistämössä.
As immigrants living far away from home and raising kids in a foreign land like Finland, a society so diverse with its own culture and value system, it can be challenging having a sense of belonging and finding our identity.
This event brings together and celebrates diverse perspectives/voices to culture with regards to people of African descent living in Finland. The cultural bazaar provides an opportunity for participants (children, youths, and adults) to engage and deepen understanding of different aspects of African culture, and create awareness of and celebrate the rich cultures from African countries.
