PULPETTI (desk) is a skillful and atmospheric physical theatre show about dogma and power. PULPETTI is an attempt to understand extreme movements, doctrines, sects, political groups and cults offering a structured worldview, hope and security. PULPETTI is a physical theatre piece about ideologies steamrolling individuals. The piece explores what attracts an individual to a limited reality even if it can drive one mad. On the other hand PULPETTI brings forth the strength of the human mind that makes dissent possible. PULPETTI is a unique opportunity to see Corporeal Mime based physical theatre in Finland. On stage with Honkakoski there are five actors who trained at Novia physical theatre program in Vaasa, which closed down in 2015. The production premiered on 7.4.2017 at KokoTeatteri in Helsinki. The audience called it influencial, current, precise and skillful. This non-verbal show is suitable for everyone regardless of language.
