Animatricks International Animation Festival 2022

Finland oldest animation festival, Animatricks will take place in Kino K13, Bio Rex, Central Library Oodi and Cinema Orion in May. 

There are lots of short animations from Finland and all over the world on display, animations for children and five feature films e.g. Wolfwalkers (2020), Tekkonkinkreet (2006) sekä Josep (2021). 

In Maijansali Hall of Central Library Oodi, there will be masterclasses and discussion panels about animation. Veronica Lassenius (Pikkukala) and Tamsin Lyons (Ink&Ligt) will come and tell about their new children tv-series Royals Next Door (YLE) and also the famous Moominvalley (Gutsy Animation) directors Nigel Davies and Darren Robbie (UK) will tell about making of the new 3rd season and they will show the first clips of the upcoming season.
