It Just Depends on Who You Get is an absurd comedy about the compromises we all make in life when it comes to love for the comfort of security.

The story follows a married couple, Franco and Gilda, who appear quite happy and content at the surface if you can overlook the fact that one still dreams about a chance encounter with a lover in Madrid while the other dreams of her window-washing savior. Always someone taller. Always some thinner. The trajectory of this compromised relationship is the arc of this story while Franco and Gilda subconsciously deal with the repercussions of not having married their true loves.

It Just Depends on Who You Get invites the audience as guests to Franco’s and Gilda’s dinner party, where the hosts will reveal the secrets of their relationship as the night grows longer and the drinks grow stronger.
