Jaakko Laitinen & Väärä Raha is a Lapland Balkan band that has driven audiences and lovers of life wild since 2009.

The band’s music is a mix of many elements, with vibrant Balkan rhythms and Finnish evergreens as the main ingredients.

However, the band, who have released five LPs and one live album loved by fans and praised by critics, are known above all for their captivating live performances. They have maintained this reputation by touring at a rapid pace from Eira to Inari and across Europe in more than 20 different countries – at large festival venues as well as village weddings and smoky clubs.
