Founded in 2005, the Kamarikesä Festival is the oldest chamber music festival in Helsinki, which has established itself as part of the cultural activities of the Helsinki summer. Over the years, it has received widespread praise for its fresh and high-quality programmes from both the public and the media.
The mission of the festival, organized by Ritarikatu ry, is to offer young classical music talent valuable opportunities to perform as festival artists.
