Bring your own stick, cane or broom handle.

To participate, you will need the regional exercise passport (30 €), which will be loaded onto a client card (4 €) at Liikuntamylly in Myllypuro, Töölö Sports Hall or the swimming halls of Itäkeskus, Jakomäki and Pirkkola.

The regional exercise passport entitles you to participate in all exercise groups of the regional exercise services.

Please do not attend events if you are feeling unwell. Wash your hands and keep safe distances. Please arrive just as the session is about to begin and leave as soon as the session has ended. The City of Helsinki has not taken out insurance for exercise group participants.
