Matchbox Company’s Woyzeck/Marie is a performance of the physical theatre genre, where physical expression is created by a combination of different styles and techniques. The economical use of text and staging leave more room for sound, light and movement. The performance is loosely based on the classic play Woyzeck and other plays by Georg Büchner.
Before the premiere on 31 August, a presentation "More about the performance" is held where Anna Thuring sheds light on the contents of the work. The free presentation starts at 17.00 on the stage of the Kanneltalo café.
