The Me myös! contemporary dance piece discusses environmental consciousness and equality from the perspective of wheelchair dancers.

The piece deals with themes raised by dancers: problems that disabled people face and the solutions they find. The movement in this modern dance performance is created by the dancers, and everyone’s movement is important. Themes include daily bureaucracy, the environment, mistreatment as well as the power and joy of cooperation. The central focus of the piece is how disabled people should be seen as equal actors in all matters.

Finnish is used in the piece, but you do not need to know Finnish to be able to experience the performance. You can participate in the discussion in Finnish, Swedish and English.
