Ala-Malmin tori 1, 00700 Helsinki

Let’s all go for a wintery forest adventure! Which tracks can you see in the snow? How do animals celebrate winter? Can a weasel skate? And is the badger on a jolly or sour mood?

Join the festivities with poetry in mind and dance in your steps!

Metsäneläinten talvijuhlat (Winter festivities of forest animals) is a poetry performance that fits in a suitcase for daycare-age children. It is ideally suited for 3–6-year-olds. This poetry session lasts approximately 45 minutes, and the children are invited to move and play around to the rhythm of the poems. Occasionally, we take a minute to consider questions related to nature and share our own forest experiences.

The performance takes place at Malmi Library in Malmitalo.
