Sirpa Päivinen: Emme ajattele ikuisuuskysymyksiä

The Exproring the Weird exhibition features Sirpa Päivinen's installation Emme ajattele ikuisuuskysymyksiä (We do not think in terms of eternity). It consists of robots made from household appliances that roam around the exhibition space.

In the presence of these awakened appliances, we can reflect on how we relate to objects when they are not inanimate, or what we think of an object talking and looking at us while bumping endlessly into us without meaning to.
