Suburban landscapes through the lens – Intensive course

During the three-day intensive course, you will explore the suburb as a phenomenon focusing on the visual dimensions and special features of the suburbs.

The course consists of photographing exercises in the surroundings of Vuotalo House. During the course, you can use any camera with the possibility of transferring photos to USB stick eller online folder. Ethnologist and suburban landscape researcher Päivi Leinonen leads the intensive course.

The course is free of charge. Maximum 12 attenders. The course is suitable for everyone who is interested in photographing suburban areas. The course is in Finnish. Please ask for more information and register to the course by emailing Kati [email protected] by Thursday 31.3.
