The Dogshit Boys

Cult band The Dogshit Boys was founded in Helsinki in August 2000. Its goal was to write songs, record their own 7” vinyl and maybe play live at some university student party.

That goal was met quickly, and during its 20-year career, The Dogshit Boys has released multiple EPs, minialbums, CDs, cassette tapes, compilations and more unknown smaller relases.

In 2018, the band was re-born with its current members and with a new musical direction towards a blend of punk and trash metal. The first long-play, Flashrock Massacre, was publish during the pandemic to a glowing reception.

The Dogshit Boys is best seen live. The shows are theatrical and explosive spectacles, interactive performances where the band’s front man La55e Dog breaks the fourth wall between the entertainer and audience without exception. A gig where the band stands still and plays their songs is yet to be witnessed.

Their focus on and quality of music is at a higher level than in the blurry past, but the band still does not resemble any other band you’ve seen on the stage.

The Dogshit Boys:
La55e Dog Grönroos - vocals
Leo Dog Gammals - drums
Henrik "Vicious Dog" Laine - bass
Henrik zu Castell-Rüdenhausen "HC Dog" - guitar

Flush

Flush plays melancholic rock with influences from punk, alt rock, metal, depression and alcohol.

Their debut album, It Began as a Mistake, was released in 2020 and EP Conspiracies, Threats and Chaos came out in November 2021. The band is in the habit of surprising their audiences with their skill and happy-go-fuck-it attitude.

More than likely, we’ll be hearing the hit song Cheap Beer so that everyone can have a good time – for a time.

Flush:
Eero – bass, nu-metal influences and youth
Bögä – drums, tempo and smiles
Lasse – guitars, vocals and most songs
Janne – guitars, some vocals and most solos
