Vire: Forest Cover – Annantalo Spring Festival

A trip to a forest led by a birdwatcher takes a surprising turn when the participants get lost under forest cover.

In the performance Forest Cover, the audience will enter the world of forest spirits. In addition to humour and surprises, the game-like performance also includes a serious message about our shared responsibility for protecting the nature.

In this project Vire has combined moving pictures with theatre, and experiments with an immersive structure that allows the audience to sink into the show. Cooperation with the ceramics group Samotti also adds its own flavour to the show.
